Vol State Foot Race Day 2 Check-in (Night)
The Nightly check-in for day 2 has been updated and Richard has moved into 30th place overall (20th place out of unsupported/individual runners). He is moving along….but having lots of trouble with the heat, even having to sit in an ice bath. Hes got it under control though. GO COACH!!!
There will be another am check-in posted sometime after 9:30am.
