All is well that ends well. Westbrook has completed his ninth annual Vol State race in a time of 9:21:32:20 (9 days, 21 hours, 32 minutes and 20 seconds. As a recap: 106 athletes began the 314 mile race, 23 were crewed and 83 ‘screwed,” (unsupported). 78 total runners completed the course, broken down as 60 screwed and 18 crewed. A total of 28 runners dropped out and never made it to The Rock.
